We are wholly committed to providing superior service through the values of quality control and communication. Our Quality Assurance program is based on three basic steps. First is to determine the quality level and quality metrics required by each customer. The second is that these metrics will be measured and analyzed during production. We utilize statistically valid methods to measure and meet quality rejection rates, confidence levels, and quality significance calculations during production. The third step is to communicate these quality metrics and rates back to the customer to ensure that we are meeting their quality needs. We can customize our quality assurance process to meet your needs. All employees are given thorough training on every job they perform. We have a state of the art software system which tracks all product from the time it arrives at our warehouse until it leaves our building as finished product.
