La Rae Kaarup and Keith Kaarup Jr. founded Vinpak in 2003 as an outsource packaging labor and equipment service that was needed in the wine industry. Outsourcing provides an economic solution to companies looking to reduce labor and capital equipment costs. Vinpak was created to be an outsource partner. We provide companies with equipment, labor and expertise.

Ms. Kaarup was a successful and respected recruiter in the Bay Area for the last 10 years. Her expertise in labor and resource management are a key role in the Vinpak organization.

Mr. Kaarup was raised in the wine industry in both Southern and Northern California. He spent many years in Silicon Valley working in the high tech field where he saw outsourcing play a key role in the success of most high tech companies.

Together he and Ms. Kaarup saw the need for a similar outsource model that could be applied to the wine industry. They founded Vinpak as being wholly committed to providing superior service through the values of communication, integrity, sustainability, quality, and time sensitivity.
